DETAILS
You can achieve flawless weld seams by performing continuous coated electrode welding on unalloyed, low-alloyed, and stainless steel materials with 2.5, 3.25, and 4.0 mm diameter rutile, basic, and stainless steel electrodes.
Features
The metal body of the Askaynak Inverter 205-TIG/PULSE welding machine is painted with the oven-baked paint technique preferred in the automotive industry.
If the HF TIG feature is selected, you can begin welding with high frequency without touching the tungsten electrode to the material to be welded.
The LIFT TIG feature initiates the arc immediately when the tip of the tungsten electrode touches the material to be welded.
The crater current feature fills the crater gap formed at the end of the weld, preserving the strength of the weld and the appearance of the weld bead.
The Pulse DC feature allows you to weld thin materials without deformation due to the low heat input during welding. Thanks to the “Hall Sensor” technology, even if the distance between the welding electrode and the workpiece changes due to the operator losing hand sensitivity, the output current will not change and perfect welding will always be possible at the set current value.
