4.1. Membership Eligibility and Approval
Users wishing to become members must be at least 18 years old. To apply for membership, the user must complete the Membership Agreement form on the Website accurately and with up-to-date information, and approve it as indicated. Membership is activated once the application is confirmed by our site via SMS and email.

Applicants may leave membership at any time, either before approval or after becoming a member. In case of conflicts of interest or similarity between members, the first properly submitted membership application will be valid, provided there is no legal impediment. Our site reserves the right to prioritize any member, suspend, or terminate membership at its discretion. Likewise, members cannot involve our site in any legal procedures or claims related to membership, listings, or sales. Members may update their passwords and personal information via their membership account.

4.2. Liability and Content Responsibility
Under the Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, our site acts only as an "intermediary service provider," and under Law No. 5651 on Internet Publications, only as a "hosting provider." Therefore, our site is not responsible for the authenticity, reliability, accuracy, or legality of any visual, written, or other content published on the Website that is not created by our site, nor is it obliged to verify such content.

Our site reserves the right to review, restrict access to, partially remove, or fully delete any content at any time. Members are solely responsible for the content of their listings, images, and any claims from third parties. If our site suffers damages due to improper listings or content, the member is obligated to compensate for such damages.
