By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.
Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Distance Sales Regulations (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping costs related to product shipment shall be paid by the buyers.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and with any accompanying documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation and refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been unfairly used by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
If force majeure events occur that the seller could not foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer shall be notified. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order:
If payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the bank within 14 days; however, it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
Before accepting delivery of the product/service, the buyer shall inspect it and shall not accept damaged products/services (e.g., dented, broken, torn packaging) from the shipping company. The product/service is deemed intact and undamaged upon delivery. After delivery, the buyer must handle the product/service carefully. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product/service.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the address provided, by notifying the seller through the contact information below, without any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason.
If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. Before the withdrawal period expires, if the service has begun with the consumer’s consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used, in accordance with the “Products for Which Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” provisions of this contract.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to a third party or the buyer must be included. (If the invoice is issued to a company, the return must include the return invoice issued by the company. Returns without a return invoice cannot be completed.)
The return form, the product’s box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The seller is obliged to refund the total amount to the buyer and return any documents binding the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and to collect the product within 20 days.
If the value of the product decreases due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is responsible for compensating the seller proportionally. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use of the product during the withdrawal period.
If exercising the right of withdrawal causes the campaign discount to fall below the campaign limit, the benefit obtained under the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
None of the physical products will be accepted as returns.
None of the website, software, or coding services will be accepted as returns.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the buyer makes payments via credit card and defaults, they acknowledge that they will be responsible for interest according to their credit card agreement with the bank. The relevant bank may take legal action and claim costs and attorney fees from the buyer. In all cases, the buyer shall compensate the seller for damages caused by delayed payment.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
Payments can be made via bank transfer or EFT to any of the bank accounts listed on the website (in TRY).
Payments can also be made online with credit cards, either as a single payment or in installments. The amount will be charged from the credit card at the end of the order.
